NDA available before you share drawings

We can sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving sensitive technical files. Send your NDA or ask us to arrange one. You can start a conversation without uploading drawings.

Project use only

We use enquiry details and files to assess feasibility, prepare quotations, communicate with you and fulfil an agreed project. We do not publish your submitted drawings, sell them or use your designs for unrelated products. Customer-specific material is not used in our public portfolio without permission.

Information and access

The enquiry form collects your name, email, project description and any optional company details, requirements or attachments you choose to provide. Access is limited to people who need the information for your project. If external project support is needed, the scope of information sharing and confidentiality requirements should be agreed before sensitive files are shared.

Cloudflare processes website delivery and enquiry transmission; our sales team receives enquiries and attachments through Google Workspace. Basic technical information, such as IP addresses and request records, may be processed to operate the website and prevent abuse.

Records and your requests

The website keeps delivery-reference records for seven days to prevent duplicate submissions. These records do not contain your drawings or contact details. This seven-day period does not delete emails or attachments already delivered to our sales mailbox.

To ask about the handling of your information, request a correction or request deletion of an enquiry, contact our sales team. We will review the request with you, including any records needed for an ongoing project or applicable record-keeping obligations. Project-specific confidentiality terms can be set out in your NDA or manufacturing agreement.
