Do you accept prototypes and small batches?
Yes, subject to project review. Sample and batch feasibility depends on tooling, material, complexity and expected repeat volume. There is no single minimum quantity for every process.

What size of parts can you manufacture?
Our work ranges from hand-sized mechanical components to large ducts and equipment assemblies. Send dimensions and handling requirements for a specific assessment.

Which materials and tolerances can you support?
Material grades, critical dimensions and tolerances are confirmed from your drawings. We do not apply a single tolerance claim across fabrication, machining and hose assembly.

Is welding a main service?
Welding is one of the processes supporting metal fabrication and integrated OEM assembly. The method, qualification, inspection and certificate scope are reviewed against the project requirements.

How quickly can you quote?
Our target is to provide a quotation within three business days after receiving a complete RFQ. Complex projects may require additional clarification; timing is confirmed during the review.

Can you provide inspection records and certificates?
Required records, tests and applicable certificates are agreed during the RFQ review. Visit the Quality page to inspect certificate copies and their specific scopes.

What should I include in an RFQ?
Please include drawings, material, sample and production quantities, critical tolerances, surface finish, tests, required documents, destination and target delivery date.

Can we discuss a project before sharing drawings?
Yes. Start with the application, approximate size, material and quantity. Detailed drawings can follow when you are ready for a technical review.
Discuss your projectCan you provide inspection reports in English?
Chinese original inspection and test reports with English translations are available on request. The report scope and acceptance criteria are agreed before production.
Quality documentationDo you accept third-party inspection?
Yes. We welcome your nominated inspection organization and agree the inspection scope and timing in advance.
Inspection arrangementsWhich surface treatments are carried out in-house?
Grinding, spray painting and sandblasting are carried out in-house. Other treatments are coordinated with outside suppliers to the agreed specification.
Metal fabricationWhich hose types do you manufacture and assemble?
We manufacture and assemble air hoses and hydraulic hoses with their specified fittings and interfaces. Materials, operating conditions and testing are confirmed for the application.
