Air-duct hoses

Flexible connections for air-flow and ventilation systems. Size, construction and test requirements are confirmed from the customer specification.

Hose and interface preparation: Prepare the specified flexible duct body and its connections.
Interface assembly: Join the flexible section to the required end interfaces.

Confirm before quotation: Type / model; Cross-section and nominal dimensions; Material / construction; Length and connection geometry; Temperature range; Pressure / vacuum limits; Applicable fire / smoke requirements.

Flexible fluid connections for hydraulic equipment. Hose, fitting, fluid, pressure and temperature requirements are reviewed together.

Cutting & fitting preparation: Prepare the hose length and matching fitting system.
Crimping & assembly: Assemble the connections using the specified hose-and-fitting requirements.

Confirm before quotation: Type or model; Hose ID or nominal size; Tube, reinforcement and cover; Compatible fluid; Working and test pressure; Operating temperature range; Fitting standard and orientation; Minimum bend radius.

Hose preparation

We check the hose type, length, fitting direction and assembly requirements from the drawing or specification.

Hose end fittings and interfaces — End fitting examples

Fitting preparation

End fittings, flanges and metal interfaces are prepared as part of the specified hose assembly.

We connect the hose and fittings, check their direction and complete the required equipment interfaces.

Pressure and sealing test bench with operator — Assembly testing

Inspection & testing

Connections and completed assemblies are checked against the inspection plan. Pressure, sealing and other functional tests are selected for the hose and its application.

Hose and fitting assembly

Can you provide inspection reports in English?

Chinese original inspection and test reports with English translations are available on request. The report scope and acceptance criteria are agreed before production.

Quality documentation

Do you accept third-party inspection?

Yes. We welcome your nominated inspection organization and agree the inspection scope and timing in advance.
