Fitting preparation
End fittings, flanges and metal interfaces are prepared as part of the specified hose assembly.
Key equipment: In-house CNC machining and component preparation.
Fitting & interface assembly
We connect the hose and fittings, check their direction and complete the required equipment interfaces.
Key equipment: Automatic hose crimping machine: KBX-120.
Inspection & testing
Connections and completed assemblies are checked against the inspection plan. Pressure, sealing and other functional tests are selected for the hose and its application.
Key equipment: TPU-02-100-2B water/air test bench and hydraulic test resources.

We manufacture and assemble air hoses and hydraulic hoses with their specified fittings and interfaces. Materials, operating conditions and testing are confirmed for the application.
Hose and fitting assemblyCan you provide inspection reports in English?
Chinese original inspection and test reports with English translations are available on request. The report scope and acceptance criteria are agreed before production.

Yes. We welcome your nominated inspection organization and agree the inspection scope and timing in advance.
